We respond cameraman’s request that it is good to put VF/monitor at this position (in the air)

It can allow to put a liquid crystal VF/monitor and recording device at the ideal position for camera shooting.

Have you experienced hard for adapt position of VFmonitor?

Adapting on camera handle is too high, and you have to move your eyes a lot because monitor’s and subject’s direction are not straight line.

That isn’t to say, if it adapt to front position which is not move with camera, it wil be poor visibility when pan or tilt.

STF-100 swing arms are monitor adapter which solve actual spot’s problem and is made from cameraman’s idea.

STF-100 adapt one side with between tripod base and tripod adapter such as VST-14,
and the camera and monitor move together and the line of sight and operation posture will not be lost
because VF or monitor can be placed on the other side’s sturdy swing arm.

In addition, when you use with PROTECH viewfinder HDF-700,
the clear peaking function enables comfortable focus operation and confirmation even with a small camcorder,
and you can check the return video of other cameras at any time with PROTECH zoom remote control AS-1.

Furthermore, a one-man/two camera system can be constructed by adjusting the image of the other camera using the PROTECH remote controller RM-S1 or RM-P250.

Caution:If you adapt monitor on STF-100, the load on the tripod will increase,
so please use a tripod with sufficient load resistance (such as our NVS-20).
